GAME SCHEDULE CHANGES OF NOTE

Please note the following changes to our game schedule in October:

Tuesday, October 5th:
     Home vs. Canandaigua has been moved up from 6:15/7:45
     to 4:30/6:15 start time
Saturday, October 16th:
     The Gates-Chili games was originally scheduled to be at Gates-Chili.
     It will now be at IHS:
     Home vs. Gates-Chili, October 16th at 3:00/4:30

SCHEDULE UPDATE: Week of 8/16-8/20/2010

Hello to all!  Here is this week's schedule:

Tues:   915-1015  Weight Training
          1030-1215  Open Gym

Weds:  JV & Varsity - Webster Summer League Playoffs
                            - sites and times TBD - updates to come

Fri:  1st day of practice - double sessions
Sat: 2nd day of practice

Coach Callari will be emailing everyone a REVISED practice/match schedule this weekend.  There have been some changes to both matches and practices (these will also be updated here on our site).

SCHEDULE UPDATE: Week of 8/9-8/13/2010

Hello to all! Here is the schedule for next week...

Tues., Aug. 10th:  Weight Training -   915-1015
                                Open Gym      - 1015-1215 in high school gym

Thurs., Aug. 12th: Weight Training -   915-1015
                                Open Gym 1   - 1015-1215 in high school gym

Since Coach Callari will be away on vacation, Coach Lambiase will be running both the weight training and open gym sessions. Please check your emails the night prior to each event in case of any changes.

Also, please remember to complete your eligibility and medical release forms ASAP, and turn them into the nurse's office in order to be eligible to tryout on Friday, August 20th. Our season is only 15 days away!

Due to the Irondequoit volleyball camps, THERE WILL NOT be any weight training sessions or open gyms next week. If you have not signed up for camp, please contact Cathy Semrau (Irondequoit Parks & Rec) at 336-6070 to sign up.

 

VARSITY SUMMER LEAGUE THIS WEEK -  a crossover week.  Match-ups and times will be emailed and posted as soon as received.
